I haven't received my confirmation email, what do I do?
Please check your junk/spam folder for your email confirmation. If you are still unable to find it, contact us using the 'Live Chat' function on our website or via email enquiries@citipark.co.uk with your registration number and car park you booked for, and we’ll do our best to track your booking down. Alternatively, by logging into the app you will be able to see your booking.
