Get a receipt
If You Paid Via the App
- Receipts are automatically generated and stored under "My Account" and then "Mobile Pay Tickets".
If You Paid Via the Paystation
- After payment, you can request a receipt directly from the machine.
If You Didn’t Receive a Receipt
- If you missed obtaining a receipt at the paystation, simply email enquiries@citipark.co.uk.
- Please include the following information in your email:
- Your vehicle registration
- The car park you parked in
- The last 4 digits of the card used for payment
