Get a receipt

If You Paid Via the App

  • Receipts are automatically generated and stored under "My Account" and then "Mobile Pay Tickets".

If You Paid Via the Paystation

  • After payment, you can request a receipt directly from the machine.

If You Didn’t Receive a Receipt

  • If you missed obtaining a receipt at the paystation, simply email enquiries@citipark.co.uk.
  • Please include the following information in your email:
    • Your vehicle registration
    • The car park you parked in
    • The last 4 digits of the card used for payment
