How to Start a Charge

1. Download the CitiCharge App
2. Create an account or continue as a guest
3. Add a payment method
4. Scan the QR code on the charger or select the charge point ID in the app
5. Select "Start Charge"
6. Plug in your vehicle – charging will begin automatically
7. To end the charge, open the app and select "End Charge"
8. Billing – your chosen payment method will be charged based on your usage
