Grace Periods
After payment, you get 15 minutes to leave the car park without incurring additional charges. Should you go beyond this 15 minutes, further payment will be required.
Please be aware that on arena nights, we understand it takes longer to exit the car park, so we significantly extend the grace period.
If there are any issues exiting our car parks due to an accident or similar, the grace period will also be extended.
