What do I need to do if the ANPR system doesn't read my number plate?
If you've pre-booked your parking, please use the QR/barcode provided in your confirmation email and scan it under the entry column.
If you're a contract parking customer, you will also have an entry card which you can touch on our contactless sensors in the entry column.
