How to Prebook Your Parking

You can prebook your parking at most of our car parks online or via the CitiPark app:

• Visit book.citipark.co.uk
• Open the CitiPark app and select the ‘Prebook’ tab
• Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your booking

📌 Please note: Prebookings can only be made on the hour.

What If the Car Park Appears Full?

If you receive a notification that the car park is full when attempting to book, this means the allocated prebooking spaces have been taken. However, there will still be spaces available for you upon arrival. Only a small portion of parking spaces are designated for prebooking, so drive-ups are still accommodated.
