How will I know that my pre-booking has been successful?
We'll send you a confirmation email with your pre-booking reference and details. If this email doesn't arrive within 24 hours of your booking, please check your email 'spam' or 'junk mail' folder.
The pre-booking will also appear in the 'My Account' section online or via the CitiPark app.
